We loved the convenient location, close to beautiful sites like Wilsons Prom and Port Welshpool. Supermarkets were also nearby. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious rooms, a great shower, and comfortable beds. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed delicious meals at the attached cafe, Max's Cafe. a fantastic stay.

The equipment was very modern and elegant. However, we have also received an upgrade. The room was very clean and seemed relatively new to us. The room service was great and we could enjoy the dinner in the attached restaurant in a sweetly arranged winter garden. Great price-performance ratio.

The ambience and the furnishing of the restaurant and winter garden were with much love to the detail. Breakfast a la carte was delicious.

During the check-in we were made aware of the food in the restaurant a little too often for our taste. The breakfast buffet was described as a special highlight, but was rather simple. We had no plates in the room. The staff was friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at Prom Country Lodge. The location was perfect, right next to the center of the town. The restaurant and cafe area were lovely, and the wait staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, including a library and telescope for some relaxation and stargazing. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I recently stayed at Prom Country Lodge for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The attached restaurant offered a diverse and delicious menu that was one of the best in the area. Parking was conveniently located right next to the room. The location was perfect for exploring Wilsons Prom and I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great advice for dinner since their own restaurant was closed on Monday. The room was excellent and we were pleasantly surprised to find out they were still updating it, even though we thought it was perfect as it was. We had a nice, spacious room with a beautiful view of the forest. The housekeeping was good and the restaurant served delicious meals for both breakfast and dinner.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Ideally located for visiting Wilson' Promontory. Staff booked stable for us at nearby Greenhouse restaurant where we had an excellent meal.
